Double ka Meetha




Ingredients:
Bread pieces - 6
ghee - 1/2 cup
sugar - 1 cup
water - 1 cup
milk - 1 cup
cardamom - 3
cashew nut pieces - 1 tbspn


Procedure :
cut the edges of bread and cut into two triangular halves. pour ghee in a flat bottomed pan and place the bread pieces. roast it till golden brown and keep every thing aside.
boil milk and reduce it to 70%.
add water ,sugar and cardamom to a bowl and heat it till reduced and forming a syrup. dont reduce till string forms.
take a bowl place the bread pieces. pour sugar syrup and milk on them and add cashews to it.
