Adai




Ingredients:
Normal rice 1
Parboiled rice 3
1/3 urud dal
2/3 toor dal
1/4 channa dal
Red chillies 10
Salt after mixing
Asofetidea (LG)



Procedure:
Soak all the pulses together and soak red chillies and lg separately. Soak for 2 to 1 1/2 hr.
first grind red chilli salt n lg.then add the remaining pulses and grind . It shud not be soft paste.
take a tawa and pour a dollop of dough onto it and make thick dosa . make three holes in center for the oil to spread and pour 1/2 tspn of oil generously around the adai.
best combination is chutney or ginger chutney.
you can add drumstick leaves/ chopped banana flower for additional flavour.
